Who will we work with?

What's the catch?
There isn't one. Vertical Merch is 100% free for churches. You never pay for the store, the setup, your rep, or customer service. The people who buy merch pay for what they order, and that's it.
Do we have to design anything?
No. Send us your logo and we take it from there. If it needs a background removed or a sharper version, we'll help. Your rep will help you get every design ready to print.
Can we still order in bulk?
Yes. For your lobby, an event, or a team, reach out and we'll put together a bulk order, usually at a discount depending on quantity.
Do more colors or a second side cost extra?
Most products print as many colors as you'd like at no extra cost. Printing on a second side adds $5.
Who handles payments and taxes?
We do. Every transaction runs through Vertical Merch, so your church never handles money, and we take care of sales tax anywhere in the United States.
What if someone has a problem with an order?
Every customer gets an email with tracking. If something arrives wrong, they can request a replacement or refund on our Customer Support page, and your rep takes care of it. Nothing lands on your church office.
How do samples work?
